Delete your CLEF account.

You can permanently delete your account directly in CLEF. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your account and we will help verify and process the request.

The fastest option is in the app

  1. Open CLEF and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Profile, then tap the settings icon.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm Delete.

What CLEF deletes

Account deletion removes the CLEF account profile, authentication account, owned listings, conversations, application-interest records, and device-link records associated with the account.

Information that may be retained

Limited confirmed-booking, payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for legal obligations or legitimate operational needs. Stripe and other processors may also retain information under their own legal obligations. See the CLEF Privacy Policy for details.

Need help?

Email contact@clefapp.net from the address used for your CLEF account. We may ask for limited information to confirm that you own the account before deleting it. Never send your password, payment-card number, or identity document by email.
